Yes, without the use of drugs these attacks can be stopped. It’s not exactly a “cure” but as near as you will get. You don’t get to take a spoon full of medicine and it’s miraculously cured. But you do get to stop them for good.
I crashed a motorcycle and started to suffer anxiety attacks afterwards. I was given every possible drug to try. Nothing worked properly, plus I knew as soon as I came off the drugs any benefit would be lost.
This is the big downside to treating anxiety attacks with drugs. Any gains you get are lost when you come off the medication. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.
