Social Anxiety Disorder Treatment - No Drugs, Potions, Pills Or Hypnosis

treatment for social anxiety

Anxiety attack cure. Is there one? You might well ask. A way of stopping them without the use of drugs

It’s definitely possible to stop them without drugs. I know! Although the word “cure” isn’t totally right. You don’t get to take a spoon full of medicine and it’s miraculously cured. But you do get to stop them for good.

I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with an anxiety disorder for a while afterwards. I tried all sorts of drugs to keep them at bay. I got very little benefit but worse was that I knew any benefit I did get would cease when I came off the drugs.

This is the big negative to using drugs to help with anxiety disorders. If you even do get some benefit, it’s lost when you stop the drugs. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.

You will have to come off at some time. And that’s when the attacks will be back. And usually worse because you know damn well they are coming back with a vengeance.

Wouldn’t the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? It may please you to know that it does exist and that it works very well for me. I control my anxiety attacks, they don’t control me.

I was once stuck in a hole just waiting for the next random attack. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. Crowds are what trigger an attack for me. Only has to be three or more people and bang!

It got so bad with me I would run for my life if I got near a small group of people. I realised (in my mind) how stupid I was being. Nonetheless, when I could feel panic taking hold I ran.

I spent ages searching for a cure of some description. But the wait (although long and painful) was worth it. Strangely though none of the doctors I saw mentioned a treatment like this.

You can keep on keeping on with your anxiety and your medication. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I simply brush it aside and get on with my day.

You can learn how I do it by clicking here to go to my site.
